EpiInfo report - error while saving the template
Will do - when I get a moment. As a quick update, I have been playing with the report aspect of EpiInfo. I need to produce a report of about 80 pages (STEPS from WHO, adapted for our "patients" - I have about 60 individual .xml files to import into the report, each file with between 2 - 12 analyses) ... one problem may have been that each file contains data formatted in such a way that it may be seen as a copy of, or contain the same information as, a previous .xml file or table. We are using Windows XP - our IT department is not crazy enough to actually use Vista. I find that by the 5th page I am unable to save the template, and get a variety of error messages. Let me compile a more complete report of all the issues, with screenshot if I can, and post that both here and on the BB site. Thanks for the help!

Features of ccBoard
Hi Doc,
The template we use on this site is variable width and I've noticed sometimes the content in the middle column gets a bit off when using smaller window in IE. It clears up if you increase the window size. This seem to only happen on Windows IE, a special bonus from Microsoft I guess :-)
The forums.myepi.info is a completley separate site using phpBB3 and allows the users to select from several different templates to customize the look and feel of the board. If there is a special phpBB3 temple you'd like to use, I will add it to the board.
Thanks for the post!

EpiInfo report - error while saving the template
I am using EpiInfo 3.5.1 for a fairly large series of questions, close to the max 200+ queries. So far, so good, and analysis is functioning well. Creating a report causes the above error to appear whenever I add in fields for the report. No details are made apparant, but the output is named in a fairly similar manner, eg descriptive, descriptive1, C4:AgeRange. They are derived from the XML output obtained via analysis.
Nothing of this is mentioned in the manual, so does anyone have any idea on resolution? I have recreated the data on several hard drives, the drive I currently use is 100% owned by myself with all admin rights.

I can view the http://forums.myepinfo.com web board, but this board seems to require more formatting. Is it just my computer (temporary computer, but still, windows XP and with all usual features) or is there a problem? Main forum screen is a jumble of missing text and lots of blank space.

Remository File Sharing

Share files with others on MyEpi.Info
Remository is a highly capable file repository for use by the MyEpi.Info Community. Remository can organise files into folders that can be nested to an arbitrary depth. Files can be uploaded (by registered members) or downloaded by site visitors.
There are three different ways in which files can be shared by the Community:
The most flexible is to store the files in the site database, which means that operations such as moving a file from one folder to another does not involve an operation on the disk system. Database storage can become difficult if the volumes are very large. This may run up against issues of maintenance (depending on the extent of access to the server) or against hosting policies. So, files can alternatively be located in the file system of the site server. Remository can also make available files that are located elsewhere on the internet. These are known as remote files and are defined by a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) or URL to the exact location of the file. For more information on the features of Remository, see the authors Web Site at: http://remository.com/
